Creole Seasoning

2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
4-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
1-1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1. In a small bowl, blend together all the ingredients. Place in a tightly covered container and store in a cool
place.
