Fast Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon capers
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Serve or cover and chill until ready to use.
