Caesar Blend


1 pasteurized egg yolk
1 garlic clove
the juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon dijon mustard and 4 anchovies in a blender.
Gradually blend in 1/2 cup olive oil and a splash of water.
Stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
