Joe’s Stone Crab Mustard Sauce

1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder, or more to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon steak sauce
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons milk
Pinch of salt

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mustard powder and mayonnaise; beat for 1 minute with an
electric beater.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until the mixture is well blended and creamy.
3. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
